RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS

The following are restrictions on use of Property for 25 years, with automatic successive 10 year extensions, unless majority requests changes.

1. May be used only for single-family-residential and farming purposes, except no swine. No poultry raised for commercial sale.
2. No single-wide or double-wide manufactured houses (mobile homes) or modular houses may be used as residences on the Property; prefab buildings may be used for barns or storage sheds but must be kept in a good state of repair.  No outbuilding of a temporary nature is permitted.
3. Residence must contain minimum of 1,800 square feet heated living area.  Exposed cement or cinder blocks must have stucco finish.
4. Property may not be subdivided into parcels having an area of less than ten and one-tenth (10.1) acres.
5. Typical setback and sideline requirements for large tracts.
6. No noxious or offensive trade or activity or unlawful use. No wrecked or inoperable vehicles.
7. No trailers, boats, commercial vehicles or campers parked on roads.
